April 21, 2025 – Heritage Golf Group is excited to announce its acquisition of The Club at Cheval from in Tampa Bay, Florida. This marks Heritage's 42nd club nationwide and its ninth in the state of Florida.

Located within the gated Cheval community, The Club at Cheval boasts an excellent 18-hole golf course designed by Steve R. Smyers. The property also features a newly renovated clubhouse and restaurant, nine Har-Tru tennis courts, two pickleball courts, a full-service fitness center, and a temperature-controlled pool. Known for its active membership, the Club offers dynamic fitness, tennis, and pickleball programming tailored to all skill levels.

Heritage Golf Group has immediate capital improvement plans for The Club at Cheval. The Steve Smyers Signature Golf Course will undergo a multi-million-dollar project that will transform the overall playability, aesthetics, and course experience. 

December 19, 2024 – Heritage Golf Group acquires two properties Wilmington, NC, bringing the total club count to 41. Compass Pointe Golf Club is a private golf club featuring an 18-hole championship course designed by North Carolina native Rick Robbins. Known as one of the most challenging yet enjoyable courses in the Wilmington area, it features large undulating greens and a scenic Carolina landscape. The course measures 7,228 yards with a course rating of 74.6. Golf members also enjoy top-tier practice facilities, including a driving range, short game area, and putting green. Compass Pointe's golf course is complemented by a newly opened 15,000-square-foot clubhouse, a fitness center, and a pool with a cabana bar.

December 19, 2024 – Heritage Golf Group acquires two properties Wilmington, NC, bringing the total club count to 41. Magnolia Greens Golf Club, in Wilmington, NC, is a semi-private club featuring a 27-hole championship course designed by Tom Jackson. Regarded as one of the area's top public golf facilities, Magnolia Greens has hosted numerous PGA Tour and USGA qualifying events. The property also includes Blossoms, a popular bar and grill open to the public for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

December 4, 2024 – Club number 39 for Heritage Golf Group is Ptarmigan Country Club, located in Fort Collins, CO. This marks their fourth property in the Greater Denver area, joining Colorado National Golf Club, The Golf Club at Bear Dance, and Plum Creek Golf Club - all less than an hour away. Ptarmigan CC is a private, full-service golf and country club featuring a Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-hole golf course. November 18, 2024 – The Club at Gettysvue marks Heritage's first acquisition in Tennessee, advancing its growth and presence across the Southeast. The Club features an 18-hole, par 72, 6,540-yard championship golf course designed by Bland Pittman. It also offers a two-tiered driving range with six target greens, a full short game area, and a Trackman Golf Simulator facility. Additional amenities include a junior Olympic-size swimming pool, five tennis courts, three pickleball courts, and a 24-hour fitness center. Members enjoy access to an approximately 24,000 sq. ft. English-style clubhouse featuring three private dining rooms, a casual bar and grill, men's and women's locker rooms, and a full-service golf shop. March 13, 2024 – Heritage Golf Group Acquires and Repositions Legacy Golf Club in Sarasota, Florida as Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club's Fourth Private Golf Course. Legacy Golf Club is located adjacent to Heritage's most recent acquisition – Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club and features an Arnold Palmer Signature 18-hole golf course, a 12,500 sq ft clubhouse, and practice facility. Immediately following the acquisition, Heritage Golf Group has strategically repositioned the Legacy Golf Course as Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club's fourth private golf course, solidifying its position as the Sarasota area's premier private golf and country club with 72-holes of championship golf. March 11, 2024 – Heritage Golf Group announces their latest acquisition, Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club near Sarasota, FL. This monumental addition represents their largest acquisition, to date, and is their 37th overall property. The club features three championship golf courses, two designed by renowned Hall of Fame golfer, Arnold Palmer – Cypress Links and King's Dunes. The third championship course, Royal Lakes, is the newest course designed by Rick Robbins. The club offers several outstanding practice facilities, including a Members Golf Academy. The club boasts two uniquely different clubhouses. March 1, 2024 – Heritage Golf Group enters the Ohio market with acquisition of The Oasis Golf Club and Conference Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Oasis Golf Club is home to a links-style, par 72, 18-hole championship course designed by Arnold Palmer in 1998. The 17,000 sq ft clubhouse features multiple dining rooms, a veranda overlooking the golf course, and a heated Olympic size swimming pool. It also houses a 38,000 sq ft conference center capable of accommodating over 1,000 guests.

February 28, 2024 – Spring Creek Golf Club is located just outside Charlottesville, VA making it Heritage Golf Group's third Virginia location. It is home to an award-winning par 72, 18 – hole Ed Carton golf course, a 15,000 square foot clubhouse, a public restaurant, private event space, and a stunning outdoor patio overlooking the 18th hole.

December 8, 2023 - Old Hickory Golf Club is located in St. Charles, MO, making it Heritage Golf Group's third acquisition in the greater St. Louis area in less that 24 months. Its stunning 18-hole, PB Dye golf course is in a park-like setting with one of the area's largest practice facility footprints. The club features a swimming pool, expansive clubhouse, and has become a well-recognized member club and private event venue.

The Club at Grandézza is in the private Grandézza community south of downtown Fort Myers, Fla.
