WELCOME TO LAKE BESS GOLF CLUB

The only 9-hole public golf course in Winter Haven, Lake Bess Golf Club offers terrific views and challenging play for golfers at every skill level. Well-groomed fairways and greens keep the course difficult yet friendly, and the staff can offer tips and tricks for playing your best round. Lake Bess Golf Club is a terrific choice for your regular rounds of golf or a new destination for you and friends when visiting Winter Haven. Nestled amidst an abundance of majestic trees, the course measures 2217 yards from the longest tees, features 3 sets of tees for different skill levels, and is par 35. We do have some sets of clubs available for you to rent.

Lake Bess Golf Club is located behind Walmart Supercenter on Cypress Gardens Boulevard

From Downtown Winter Haven

Take Cypress Gardens Boulevard east 5 miles (3 miles past Legoland) to Lake Bess Road. Turn right, and follow the road south. Bear left onto Golf Aire Boulevard to the entrance of Lake Bess Golf Club.

From Highway 27

Take Cypress Gardens Boulevard west 1.3 miles to Burger King. Turn left onto Lake Bess Road And follow the road south. Bear left onto Golf Aire Boulevard to the entrance of Lake Bess Golf Club.

Hours

Our hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. WE ARE CLOSED ON MONDAYS FOR JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST

The last Tee Time is 4:30p.m. (except Tuesday/Friday (there is a Mens' league - arrive about 3 pm to join that group)

All carts need to be off the course by 6:00 pm
