By Dave Daubert
Water Oak Country Club Estates golf course was renovated by Sanford Ferris Golf Course Design, headquartered in Jupiter, Fl., and highlights the site's unique characteristics incorporating majestic live oak trees, rolling hills with 70 feet of elevation change, and numerous water features.
"The new course's natural beauty and emphasis on accessibility provide the perfect opportunity for golfers of all ages and ability to come together for a game with friends, family or fellow residents," says Director of Golf Bob Cooke.
Water Oak Country Club Estates is an active-adult residential community with more than 1300 homes and resort-style amenities such as community heated swimming pools, clubhouses, many outdoor activities and the new 6100-yard championship golf course. The community recently announced the expansion of the property with an additional 267 homes available for folks seeking a fun lifestyle.
"As the game of golf is shared across generations, we look forward to how our newly renovated course can be a point of connection for Water Oak CC Estates residents, added Cooke.
Water Oak Country Club Estates is celebrating it's reopening February 22. Visitors and guests can get an exclusive first-hand look at the course while enjoying appetizers and tours of the community.
