Everything You Need (and Expect) From Under Armour

Under Armour recently the golf bag market; sort of. The company has teamed up with elite golf bag manufacturer Sun Mountain and now offers three different models to meet the need of every type of golfer: the ultralight Speedround carry bag, the UA Storm Match Play stand bag and the UA Storm Armada Cart bag.

The Storm Armada Cart Bag is everything you will ever need in a cart bag. It stays attached to your cart better than any bag on the market thanks to Sun Mountain's Smart Strap System which uses two Velcro straps that attach securely to the cart. And, if you run the bag strap from the cart through the cart strap pass through channel, your bag will not bounce around and club chatter is greatly reduced.

The Storm Armada Cart Bag is a 10 ½" bag with a 14-way top and full-length dividers to keep your clubs organized and give them their own home. When mounted on a cart, the reverse orientation of the bag places the putter pit at the front and gives you easy access to all your important gear.

Lift handles have been integrated into the top cuff and bottom spine of the bag for easy maneuverability. A padded single shoulder strap located on the underside of the bag lets you carry the bag easily for loading and unloading.

The Under Armour Armada Cart Bag offers a plethora of storage. Nine pockets, including two valuables and electronics pockets treated with UA Storm, keeping your stuff dry and safe throughout your round. The top pocket is magnetic and snaps shut and stays securely shut; I found it's a great place to keep a rangefinder.

There's a full-length apparel pocket that will hold your jacket and a cooler pocket to keep your favorite beverage chilled. Some pockets are labeled to give you an idea of what to put where.

There's several other features including an external umbrella strap, a pen sleeve and a water bottle holder as well as a patch of Velcro glove holder where you can attach a golf glove or two. The UA Storm Armada Cart bag also comes with a matching snap on rainhood to protect your equipment during inclement weather conditions. Best yet, this cart bag weighs less than 7 lbs.
